Bumpy Start
The beginning of this week we recieved a phone call that the Russian govt. changed their laws on visas. We can no longer travel into the country on a "tourist" visa. Now there is an "adoption" visa we need to apply for. We were going to have to travel to Berlin, Germany to get this adoption visa after our court date on Tuesday. Now, we can't travel at all until we have an adoption visa. So we did not leave today. They hope to have this figured out soon and we will let you know when we know something. I am relieved in a way because I was pretty nervous about finding the Russian embassy in Germany...too many language barriers for my comfort zone! Hee hee. However, we would have made it happen for our babies sake! Now we will celebrate Easter with our friends and thank God for us not being over there when this happened and that we have a great agency who is working hard to get us closer to our kids. Now hopefully the "Alex drama" will work out before we travel. We are finding the positives and keeping our chins up! Again...God's plan....

Heard about this last night from Magic & Jamie. You guys! I'm so annoyed for your sakes, but you're right, think big picture. Once they're home with you all of the trials along the way will have been worth it.
Come over tonight and drown your sorrows in chocolate fondue and booze. Keesses, LC.
You have such an amazing attitude!! As always! God is doing so much in your lives! We continue to pray for you and your children during this confusing yet exciting time! Love US
Good luck guys! Have a safe trip. Tell the gang we said "hi"! Last but certainly not least please have Pizza Roma for us. I am ready to go back for that pizza..... Nothing at home comes close to it.
Give Ana and Alex a big hug and enjoy the ride! Ron, Lynn & Nadya
