Tartar Dinner
Tonight was our last dinner as a "couple with no children"! Kind of crazy! However, we talked about Ana and Andrew all through dinner so they might as well have been there. The hotel has a different cuisine every night for dinner and this is the first night we were able to make it! Tonight was Tartar/Russian foods. Very glad we got to eat some Russian food finally. To walk into a restaurant and try to order is very difficult so this was great! It's buffet style also so we can SEE what we are getting. Very YUMMY!
Tomorrow we have the morning to do last minute shopping and site-seeing. Then at 2:00 our driver picks us up and we will go get a cake for the caregivers and then go to the baby house to have a little party with them to celebrate and thank them for everything they have done for Ana. We will change her into the clothes we brought her and then go to the train. Please keep us in you thoughts and prayers! Us for patience and guidance on what to do for her and for Ana to have a smooth adjustment and not be too sad for too long to leave the only family she has ever known. I CAN'T believe this day is FINALLY here! I get teary eyed just thinking about it. I will try to touch base on Sat. after we get settled in our hotel in Moscow. Love you all!

um, on your comment of 'they may as well been there...' well, if they were, you'dda never finished your conversation! hahahhaa! you'd be wiping noses, picking up food off the floor, saying NO to little hands that grab stuff (i.e. knives) and also to little hands throwing stuff off their tray! hee.hee. welcome to the (ours-new) world of parenthood and eating out. hello fast food or eating at home! AND WE LOVE IT! : )
