Walkabout

We had time to kill before picking up Ana, so we went on a walkabout in Kazan. Saw this poster, and had to laugh..Apparently Uncle Sam wants the Russians now too! Did we know this?

90% of the Kazan woman walk around all day long in shoes like this. Notice the cobblestone streets as well. How do they do it?
